  • Use a 65W output powerbank and it works flawlessly.USB PD adapter work with power a TS-100 soldering iron. Save over $80 just to get a gimped TS100 with 18w of input power. This USB-C power mods for your TS100.
  • This usb c to adapter PD port will provide 5V to power up whatever might be at the other end. The electronics in this cable don't do anything clever to avoid the barrel jack end stepping through 0>5V>20V, or 0>5V indefinitely if the charger doesn't have a 20V mode.
  • It requests 20v from your PD brick. The brick provides the voltage. It must only be used with a device that supports a 20v input. AND, you must make sure your PD adapter supports 20v & 60 watts or your not going to get the correct output.
  • USB C adapter charge your laptop via a 65W PD charger and a portable PD power bank because it is less weight to carry around compared to the original Dell charger. It's also a lot more convenient because most of my devices are using type C connections.
